The hotel is located close to Rotterdam center, just a short taxi ride away. the breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options including full breakfasts and main dishes. All the staff members were friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming upon our arrival. The hotel was nice and had free parking which was very nice.
The buffet breakfast was quite expensive and for people are only eat a light breakfast it wasn't worth the money. A lighter option would have been nice, but we just ate some fruit, etc. in the room. No problem.

Usually didnt associate Novotel with the luxury end of the market but the rooms I had were fabulous - spacious, big bed, panoramic views towards the city - rooms 1006 and 1108 anyway - the odd number rooms may face inwards to a court yard though?? Although I have ticked city trip - the hotel is a little out of the city and to get there by Public T involves a 6 min walk and an 8 min ride in the metro - but not difficult. A good hotel experience though!

It is very close to the Erasmus University campus, which was our purpose. The view is very nice and rooms well-appointed. Easily accessable from the highway and free parking.
It is a bit far from transport (although you can walk to a tram station and metro line in about 15 minutes) and city center and there are no restaurants close by other than the hotel restaurant, which is good but pricey.
